First, we perform a head to toe assessment and prescribe an exercise program tailored for you. Second, we focus on mastering specific tasks related to your goals while reviewing and modifying exercises along the way. Third, you and your therapist tackle your big goal together! Lastly, you are in the phase of new beginnings where you determine if you want to tackle new challenges or discuss the option of wellness services to ensure you keep the gains you fought so hard to achieve.

We all know that exercise is good for us, but exactly what exercises should we be doing to stay healthy? During our wellness visits, we establish client-specific programs and teach proper techniques with exercises to ensure you maintain the function you already have. These services are meant for those who are physically well and seeking someone to coach them along their life-long journey for healthy living.
